Shipping Terms and Conditions
Junction Guitars will email you a confirmation notice that the item(s) are ready to be shipped; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders generally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. Orders are paid via PayPal and will have accounts charged once the initial acceptance email has been sent.
There is a Flat Rate Shipping charge of $20.00 for all orders under $500.00. Minimun Sale Total is $40.00 for Paypal Payment from this website. Please contact us for sales under $40.00 for a email invoice with reduced shipping charges for small items such as guitar strings, guitar parts for example. Free shipping is allowance available on qualifying orders $500.00 and over (excluding tax) in Canada and United States with the exception of over sized/over weight shipments and for the "Beyond Point" areas in Canada and USA as outlined below. A shipping allowance of $20.00 will be discounted from shipping charges.In most cases the shipping will be free.
Please Note that you will be notified if there is any aditional shipping chargesShipping. At that time you can accept or Cancel Order. We ship by Canada Post and UPS, Fed Ex Ground. We will compare rates to get the best price.
"Beyond Point" areas, including but not limited to the following:
- Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Any other areas dictated by our Courier (UPS/Fed Ex/Canada Xpresspost).
Extra shipping charges may apply. The customer will be notified of any additional costs before the order is shipped.
Free Shipping Allowance on Orders of $500 Policy
Most purchases of over $500 will qualify for free shipping credit; however, some oversized / overweight items, or destinations which are remote, may exceed our shipping allowance. If this is the case with your purchase, you only pay the difference between our shipping allowance and the actual shipping cost. Any extra costs will be clearly disclosed at the checkout page.
